- A 2.95% credit card fee will be added to your total order price
- All prices are in USD
- Included in the registration is Morning and Afternoon break refreshments and Lunch
- Registrations close on or before 16 July 2018.
- An invoice will be automatically emailed to you upon submission of this form and acceptance of your credit card payment
- Cancellations must be in writing.
- Cancellations up until May 31 2018 will refunded at 100%, minus a $60 administration fee.
- Cancellations after the May 31 and before June 17 will be refunded at 20% of total registration minus bank fees.
- Cancellations after June 18 there will be NO refund.
By paying for this conference the participant(s) acknowledge and understand that:
1. Should the minimum numbers required to run the course (in the reasonable opinion of the course administrators/Agriganics Limited) not be reached the:
a. course will be cancelled and the registration fees (less any bank fees incurred by the course administrators and/or Agriganics Limited) refunded;
b. no other costs will be refunded and will be at the sole responsibility of the participant
2. They attend the course at their own risk and release to the maximum extent permitted in law the course administrators and Agriganics Limited for any contingent, consequential, direct, indirect, special or punitive loss or damage (whether due to negligence or otherwise) and the Participant acknowledges this limit of liability and agrees to limit any claim accordingly: and
3. no other term, condition, agreement, warranty, representation or understanding (whether express or implied) in any way binding upon the course administrators/Agriganics Limited, other than these Terms, is made or given by or on behalf of the course administrators/Agirganics Limited.
